Job Description:
- Working with Sale Engineer, understanding a client’s business objectives and specific needs
- Experience estimating / scoping / building / testing software development projects
- Development of statement of work documentation and liaising with client IT teams to coordinate requirements
- Development of detailed execution plans for projects including comprehensive production schedules and budgets
- Production/resource planning and executing including internal facilitation, briefings, status meetings, and communication
- Production monitoring and prioritization
- Communicating a project’s progress with clients and internal teams
- Development and execution of testing plans
- Project administration and close-out
- Client billings and profitability analysis
- Lead a project team in delivering solutions using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement and contract.
- Manage effectively scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables by applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management control.
- Ensures software solutions are delivered to customer expectations and requirements by developing project plans, assigning resources, monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary.
- Understand user requirements, evaluating alternative solutions and determining feasibility & practicality in user environment, Preliminary design.
Qualifications:
At least 2-5 years project management or IT consult experience specific to
- preferably IT solution
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects within strict deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer-engineering, Master's Degree in MBA, Com Science , Com Engineering , IT Management
- Proven experience in program management and managing similar projects and team
- Excellent problem analysis, Analytical thinking, human relations, Mature and good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and influence skills, ability to gain agreement and support at all levels in the organization
